This Shipping Policy explains how Aira processes and delivers orders placed through www.aira.ae.

1. Delivery areas

Aira currently ships within the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping is not currently available. If this changes, we will update this policy.

2. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery time

Estimated UAE delivery time is 5 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather, incorrect address details, high order volume or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

5. Pre-orders and early access

If an item is offered as a pre-order or early-access purchase, the expected shipping window will be shown on the product page, checkout page or order confirmation.

If the expected shipping window changes, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

6. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link or delivery update by email, SMS or WhatsApp after your order is dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, contact us at info@aira.ae.

7. Delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number and delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Aira is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@aira.ae. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery because the customer is unavailable, cannot be reached or has provided incorrect details, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Aira.

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery, depending on the courier’s policy.

9. Delayed parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@aira.ae with your order number.

We will check the delivery status with the courier and keep you updated.

10. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g. 48 hours] of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and advise on the next steps.

11. Missing, incorrect or defective items
